"We had Ac by Sam out on Saturday to give us an estimate on a new unit as our current unit was 30 years old. Sam was amazing and we felt no pressure. We were scheduled for Monday for them to come out and do the work. Sam and Edi arrived on time. They were both very professional and friendly and made the whole process very easy. We were very impressed. They were even out during a a rainy day to finish outside work. Total troopers! Work was completed and any and all questions we had were answered. New thermostat was explained, system use explained. They cleaned everything up and vacuumed any residual mess up to the point you would never know they were there. We have received messages since installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asking if we had additional questions. We are very happy that we chose to go with ac by sam for this job. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a new unit installed , repairs done or just unsure of who to select for their project."

"Sam is amazing! I can't praise him enough. My AC was on the fritz and had a well-known company come out to analyze and quote me on a new unit. There quote was ridiculously high and the next day my AC just stopped working. At this point I decided to support a local company with a good reputation, I then reached out to Sam and he came out the same day! My compressor was shot and Sam gave me the option to replace it or get a brand-new unit. His quote came in at almost half of what I was quoted by the company the day prior. My house was 98 degrees, and I was suffering mild heat stroke symptoms. I had to send my special needs Son to my brothers because the temps in the house were unlivable. Sam re-arranged his schedule and was at my home the next day and replaced my unit and the house was cool in an hour! I HIGHLY recommend Sam to anyone needing a compassionate, highly knowledgeable and honest HVAC company. Thank you so much Sam for the FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!!"

"Our AC Unit stopped working the day before our 2 months trip. If it wasn’t for Sam showing up in the middle of the night, we don’t know who else would. Called 10 other 24-hour emergency services, and none wanted to. Not only that. He is a man of his word. He did the job for half the price of what anyone else would and is so precise and accurate with everything he touches. He took care of our condenser and made sure to test all other components of the unit and make sure we could sleep in peace while away from our home.
